【Job Summary】We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our consulting team. This role plays a central part in leading research-driven consulting engagements from inception to delivery, working closely with internal teams and global partners. You will leverage sound research methodologies and strategic thinking to transform raw data into actionable insights that support our clients’ business growth.As a Project Manager, you will lead client engagements, design research plans, manage project teams, coach junior staff, and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and stakeholders. Your ability to communicate complex findings clearly and meaningfully, combined with your expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research, will help drive successful outcomes for prestigious clients across industries.【Responsibilities】-Project Management-Take ownership of projects from the proposal stage through data collection, analysis, report delivery, and client communication either independently or in collaboration with YCG’s overseas offices.-Based on client research requests and business objectives, design robust research methodologies.-Desk research-Quantitative studies (surveys)-Qualitative techniques (focus group discussions)-Expert interviews-Transform raw data into compelling PowerPoint narratives that surface key insights and “so-what” recommendations tailored to client needs.-Present findings to clients with confidence, clarity, and business relevance.-Team & Vendor Management-Maintain strong working relationships with research agencies and external vendors.-Negotiate scopes of work, monitor fieldwork quality, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of data.-Oversee project team bandwidth and workflows to maintain high efficiency and deliverables quality.-Team Development-Lead and mentor a team of Consultants and Senior Consultants, fostering professional growth and developing technical capabilities.-Set clear performance standards and provide constructive feedback on team outputs.-Champion a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.-other related tasks.■Attractive Points- Inclusive culture where you’ll be motivated and feel free to discuss your idea- Growth opportunity though OJT training with elite co-workers from global subsidiaries- The office is located in a good location, all staff are satisfied in the good environment.
