1. Quản lý máy móc bộ phận:- Yêu cầu tất cả bộ phận phải kiểm tra điều kiện máy theo bảng kiểm tra máy vào đầu mỗi ca sản xuất- Quản lý số lượng máy , xe , tình trạng và công xuất mỗi máy .- Lập kế hoạch vệ sinh máy và giám sát kế hoạch bảo dưỡng máy của bộ phận- Thông tin tới cấp trên khi phát sinh vấn đề sự cố máy móc.3. Quản lý Phương pháp làm việc:- Yêu cầu tất cả bộ phận phải làm việc theo tiêu chuẩn công việc- Kiểm tra tình trạng tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn công việc của công nhân tại bộ phận- Kết hợp với các bộ phận như : kỹ thuật , chất lượng , cơ năng để hoàn thiện hơn về chất lượng và số lượng sản phẩm4. Quản lý Nguyên vật liệu:- Kiểm tra lượng tồn nguyên vật liệu tại bộ phận để sản xuất- Quản lý nguyên vật liệu theo nhập trước , xuất trước- Trong trường hợp có vấn đề về nguyên vật liệu phải thông tin tới cấp trên và các bộ phận liên quan để xử lý5. Quản lý kế hoạch hàng ngày: Căn cứ vào tình hình sản xuất thực tế tại bộ phận để làm kế hoạch sản xuất sao cho hợp lý.6. Vấn đề về an toàn : Thực hiện và yêu cầu bộ phận phải tuân thủ luật pháp việt nam, nội quy , quy định của công ty ( họp an toàn , Kiểm soát KYT, Hiyari Hatto , đối sách an toàn ...)7. Vấn đề về Chất lượng: - Luôn thực hiện cải tiến về chất lượng theo bảng quản lý chất lượng công đoạn- Tham gia họp và đối sách cho khiếu nại8. Vấn đề về Iso & Môi trường: - Tuân thủ ISO- Xây dựng và cập nhật nội dung về Iso và môi trường9. Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên
