■ Tóm tắt công việc• Quản lý hoạt động kế toán và tài chính của công ty, đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định pháp luật Việt Nam, quy định về thuế và chính sách nội bộ.• Giám sát công tác kế toán, báo cáo tài chính, tuân thủ thuế, kiểm soát nội bộ và quản lý dòng tiền.■ Chi tiết công việc• Thiết lập các hệ thống và quy trình cần thiết liên quan đến kế toán và thuế cho công ty.• Quản lý các hoạt động kế toán và tài chính hàng ngày, đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định pháp luật Việt Nam và chính sách công ty.• Kiểm tra và lập báo cáo tháng, báo cáo quý gửi Ban Giám đốc và Trụ sở chính đúng thời hạn.• Chuẩn bị và quản lý các tờ khai thuế định kỳ, báo cáo quyết toán thuế, bao gồm thuế môn bài, báo cáo hóa đơn, VAT, PIT, FCT, CIT và giá giao dịch liên kết (TP).• Kiểm tra và kiểm soát kế hoạch tài chính, dòng tiền.• Phối hợp làm việc với kiểm toán nội bộ và kiểm toán độc lập.• Tổ chức và quản lý toàn bộ hoạt động của phòng kế toán, bao gồm kiểm soát nội bộ, ngân sách, thanh toán và đầu tư.• Xây dựng, duy trì hệ thống kế toán hiệu quả và tham gia triển khai các chuẩn mực kế toán được chấp nhận chung.• Quản lý, đào tạo và giám sát nhân viên cấp dưới.• Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Tổng Giám đốc và Ban Quản lý.
