[Tóm tắt công việc]Trợ lý Quản lý Vận tải Nội địa chịu trách nhiệm quản lý các hoạt động vận chuyển bằng xe tải trong khu vực phụ trách. Vị trí này đảm nhiệm việc kiểm tra, đánh giá và làm việc với nhà cung cấp vận tải, thương lượng dịch vụ và báo giá nhằm tối ưu chi phí vận chuyển. Đồng thời, vị trí này cũng chịu trách nhiệm theo dõi KPI của hoạt động vận tải và đào tạo, hướng dẫn nhân viên trong bộ phận.[Nhiệm vụ chính]1. Quản lý vận hành xe tải hàng ngày• Quản lý việc sắp xếp xe tải hàng ngày theo đúng SOP và tiêu chuẩn ISO.• Đảm bảo lựa chọn loại xe phù hợp cho việc lấy hàng và giao hàng.• Theo dõi lịch trình lấy hàng và giao hàng để đảm bảo đúng thời gian và kế hoạch.• Cung cấp thông tin chi phí vận chuyển kịp thời và chính xác cho các bộ phận liên quan.2. Quản lý chi phí• Theo dõi và kiểm tra chi phí do nhà cung cấp gửi để đảm bảo thanh toán hàng tháng chính xác.• Kiểm tra, xác minh các bảng kê chi phí, hóa đơn từ nhà cung cấp vận tải (bao gồm phí vận chuyển và các chi phí phát sinh).• Làm việc và thương lượng với các nhà cung cấp vận tải về dịch vụ và báo giá.• Đàm phán với nhà cung cấp nhằm giảm chi phí vận tải.• Đàm phán mức giá vận chuyển đặc biệt cho các khách hàng lớn hoặc khách hàng chuyên biệt.• Chuẩn bị đề nghị thanh toán cho chi phí vận tải và vận chuyển container.• Theo dõi các bảng thanh toán từ nhà cung cấp trước khi trình lên cấp trên phê duyệt.• Đề xuất các phương án quản lý nhằm giảm chi phí vận tải.3. Chăm sóc khách hàng• Đảm bảo cung cấp dịch vụ tốt nhất cho cả khách hàng nội bộ và khách hàng bên ngoài.• Phản hồi kịp thời các yêu cầu và thắc mắc của khách hàng.• Hỗ trợ mở rộng tệp khách hàng và đảm bảo tính chính xác, kịp thời của báo giá vận tải.• Theo dõi các trao đổi với khách hàng theo yêu cầu của Quản lý bộ phận để đảm bảo khách hàng luôn được cập nhật thông tin về lô hàng.4. Quản lý nhân sự• Tổ chức đào tạo nội bộ định kỳ cho nhân viên (cập nhật quy định pháp luật mới, thay đổi trong vận hành, chi phí...).• Theo dõi và quản lý KPI của khu vực vận tải phụ trách.• Hướng dẫn và hỗ trợ phát triển nhân viên trong bộ phận.5. Giao tiếp & báo cáo• Theo dõi email, phản hồi và xử lý các thông tin cần thiết trong vòng 24 giờ kể từ khi nhận được yêu cầu.• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của cấp trên.
