We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales with 5+ years of experience to actively drive new business acquisition while maintaining key client relationships. The primary focus of this role (70%) is pure hunter sales—identifying, pitching, and converting new potential clients to achieve company growth targets. The remaining 30% focuses on growing and protecting existing high-value accounts.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. New Business Acquisition & Lead Conversion (70% Focus)- Actively prospect, cold call, and convert targeted sales leads into new commercial customers.- Conduct strategic sales planning and execution in alignment with corporate growth objectives.- Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact and solution presentation to commercial negotiation and contract closing.- Expand market reach by identifying new business opportunities in competitive trade lanes or market segments.2. Client Retention, Account Growth & Relationship Building (30% Focus)- Build, maintain, and deepen long-term strategic relationships with key client decision-makers.- Develop and penetrate existing accounts (Account Retention & Cross-selling) to maximize wallet share.- Follow up closely with active clients to secure repeat orders and maintain high retention rates.3. Commercial Strategy & Target Achievement- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets established by senior management.- Strict adherence to company standard profit margins and discount guidelines during negotiations to protect profitability.- Deepen product knowledge and commercial awareness to provide customized, high-value solutions to prospects.4. Operational Collaboration & Compliance- Work closely with internal operational and support departments to ensure high service quality and client satisfaction.- Protect company and client interests by strictly complying with company policies, risk regulations, and compliance standards.5. Reporting & Data Administration- Maintain comprehensive records of customer visits, meeting notes, agreements, and contact data within the CRM/customer database.- Deliver accurate, timely sales pipeline and forecast reports to Managers and superiors.- Fulfill assigned tasks and additional requirements set forth by the Board of Directors (BOD).
