【Job Summary】- Responsibility for legal activities【Job description】(details)1. Corporate:- Coordinate and contact with relevant government authorities in Quang Ninh for implementing administrative procedures related to business operations of the company: business registration procedures, establishment of Company / Rep Office / Branch and changes in business registration related content.- Providing legal advice for operations such as sales & marketing, intellectual property, labor & employment, other relevant activities...2.
