【Tóm tắt công việc】 - Tổ chức, quản lý bộ phận quản lý sản xuất, bộ phận sản xuất thực hiện các chức năng, nhiệm vụ của bộ phận.- Lập kế hoạch, cân đối và điều chuyển nhân lực của sản xuất nhằm đảm bảo đáp ứng tối đa các yêu cầu tiến độ đơn hàng.- Tuyển dụng nhận sự để đảm bảo hoạt động sản xuất đúng mục tiêu, kế hoạch.- Báo cáo cấp trên【Mô tả công việc】 Quản Lý Sản Xuất:- Quản lý về chuyên môn đối với các bộ phận Sản xuất.- Tổ chức, đảm bảo thực hiện các công việc lập kế hoạch cho sản xuất và quản lý tiến độ sản xuất.- Xét duyệt báo giá và đánh giá khả năng gia công.- Hỗ trợ bộ phận thu mua báo giá những đơn hàng có yêu cầu về mặt kỹ thuật.- Trực tiếp trao đổi với NCC về kỹ thuật và xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh.- Tổ chức thực hiện các hoạt động kiểm soát kế hoạch theo ngày, tuần, tháng…để điều chỉnh, hỗ trợ, và thúc đẩy kịp thời nhằm đảm bảo kế hoạch sản xuất thực hiện hiệu quả.- Liên kết với các phòng ban nghiệp vụ thực hiện kế hoạch sản xuất.- Nhận định, phán đoán các vấn đề rủi ro có nguy cơ xảy ra hoặc lặp lại để cảnh báo sớm.- Ký duyệt những chứng từ liên quan đến xuất nhập khẩu hàng hóa.- Ký duyệt những đơn đặt hàng theo ủy quyền của Giám Đốc nhà máy.- Báo cáo sự bất thường hoặc không phù hợp lên cấp trên để được giải quyết kịp thời.Kỹ Thuật:- Hỗ trợ, tiếp nhận, xử lý thông tin về kỹ thuật, đưa giải pháp, phương án tối ưu.- Tiếp thu những kỹ thuật mới phổ biến cho nhân viên để nâng cao năng suất sản xuất.- Trao đổi với nhà NCC để xử lý nhanh tiến độ đơn hàng.- Trao đổi với cấp trên vể những khó khăn trong sản xuất tìm hướng xử lý phù hợp.- Học hỏi, nâng cao kiến thức kỹ thuật cho bản thân.【Sức hút của Công ty/Công việc】- Cung cấp sản phẩm và kỹ năng chất lượng cao của Nhật Bản- Có kế hoạch mở rộng kinh doanh tại Việt Nam- Có thể làm việc bằng kỹ năng ngoại ngữ của bạn
