You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow your career in a truly global organization.Your main objective is to increase sales revenue and enhance customer satisfaction by offering efficient, cost-effective, and reliable freight solutions tailored to each client’s business needs.【Responsibilities】-Develop and maintain strong relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, and trading companies.-Identify potential clients through cold calls, referrals, industry events, and digital channels.-Promote company services (sea freight, air freight, LCL/FCL, customs clearance, warehousing, cross-border trucking).-Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and service solutions that meet clients’ requirements.-Coordinate closely with internal departments (Operations, Pricing, Documentation, and Customer Service) to ensure smooth service delivery.-Follow up on shipments, resolve customer inquiries or issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.-Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.-Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall branch performance.-Maintain accurate sales data, activity reports, and client records in the company’s CRM system.-Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and networking activities to increase brand visibility.-Other related tasks.
