- Chịu trách nhiệm đo bóc tiên lượng đấu thầu từ bản vẽ phác, thiết kế sơ bộ, bản vẽ dự thầu và kiểm tra khối lượng dự thầu;- Làm việc thường xuyên với bộ phận Thiết kế, tính Khối lượng, Dự toán Chi phí của các dự án;- Kiểm soát chất lượng công việc và lịch làm việc trong nhóm;- Chuẩn bị và đệ trình hồ sơ thầu;- Thu thập và hệ thống hóa dữ liệu về giá… và những việc liên quan đến chuyên môn;- Liên hệ với Nhà cung cấp, Nhà thầu phụ để yêu cầu báo giá và lập bảng so sánh giá;- Nghiên cứu và lập báo cáo VE-CD;
