  【Job Summary】
  Support construction projects involving civil and M&E systems by coordinating site work, schedules, inspections, and handover.
  
  【Job Details】
  • Understand construction standards and practices.
  • Review subcontractors’ method statements and shop drawings and manage the approval process.
  • Prepare master and detailed schedules, and supervise subcontractors to help meet them.
  • Meet with clients to gather information and scheduling requirements.
  • Supervise work on site.
  • Coordinate with M&E, quantity surveying, design, and structural teams to integrate systems and site work.
  • Prepare quality-control documents, including material and installation inspection records, operation manuals, and RC inspection documents.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports.
  • Survey maintenance work and prepare quotations for additional work.
  • Prepare installation methods, detailed installation drawings, and installation standards.
  • Review and propose equipment and manufacturers.
  • Check the integration of civil and M&E systems.
  • Inspect work with the company and owner, and prepare defect lists for repair.
  • Train the owner in maintenance after handover.
  • Hand over documents to the owner.
