【Job Summary】Support construction projects involving civil and M&E systems by coordinating site work, schedules, inspections, and handover.【Job Details】• Understand construction standards and practices.• Review subcontractors’ method statements and shop drawings and manage the approval process.• Prepare master and detailed schedules, and supervise subcontractors to help meet them.• Meet with clients to gather information and scheduling requirements.• Supervise work on site.• Coordinate with M&E, quantity surveying, design, and structural teams to integrate systems and site work.• Prepare quality-control documents, including material and installation inspection records, operation manuals, and RC inspection documents.• Prepare daily and weekly reports.• Survey maintenance work and prepare quotations for additional work.• Prepare installation methods, detailed installation drawings, and installation standards.• Review and propose equipment and manufacturers.• Check the integration of civil and M&E systems.• Inspect work with the company and owner, and prepare defect lists for repair.• Train the owner in maintenance after handover.• Hand over documents to the owner.

- Manage M&E section. Carry out and complete difficult business with high level of skills and responsibility.- Lead subordinate to carry out assigned duties.- Execute evaluation and training program.- Deal with problems, give solutions to problems, give idea to - Mechanical background on calculation and design drawing, HVAC; Firefighting system; water supply; drainage and WWTP system...Electrical calculation and design drawing. High Voltage incoming system; Transformer; Electrical power distribution system (feeder); Lighting system; Lightening protection system.- M&E design check and confirmed to related regulations (such as construction law; FF regulations; environmental regulation…)- BOQ and specifications of main M&E equipment’s (such as Transformer; Generator; Fan; Air Conditioner; Pump…)- Calculate/ estimate quantity of sub material (such as cable; valves; pipe; support…)- Technical background; regulation information update and internal training; knowledge sharing- Building up company's M&E drawing standard format (drawing frame; font style; line style…), M&E typical detail drawings (lighting; outlet socket; foundation bolts; piping support; ducting; fans; air conditioner; pump...), M&E typical calculation sheets (such as fans; AC; pump; duct and pipe size; cable; transformer capacity…)- Design document management and control (document naming rule; soft files control; hard copy files control...)
