    <Job Summary>
    They are seeking a Sales Engineer capable of working with Japanese clients who can conduct site surveys, analyze requirements, and develop technical solutions, proposals, and define project implementation conditions. This position acts as a bridge between clients, the sales team, suppliers, and implementation partners.

    <Job Details>
    - Conduct consultative hearings with clients to identify technical needs and operational challenges.
    - Perform Proof of Concept (POC) testing and technical verification.
    - Provide post-installation support, maintenance, and periodic inspections.
    - Act as a technical liaison between Japanese clients, sales teams, and implementation partners.
    - Other related tasks from the manager.

  • Yêu cầu

    <Must>
    - Bachelor's degree
    - Japanese: N2 Intermediate or more (Ability to communicate directly with Japanese clients)
    - 2-5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Pre-sales Engineer, or Solution Engineer
    - Hands-on experience in site survey, BOQ preparation, technical proposal and quotation support, and project implementation support.
    - Experience in one or more of the following fields:
    + Security and Video Analytics (Network Cameras, CCTV, VMS)
    + Factory Solutions (Factory Automation / Smart Factory)
    + Basic IT Solutions (System Integration, Network Infrastructure, Cloud / SaaS)
    - Ability to coordinate smoothly with Japanese clients and Vietnamese partners.

    <Prefer>
    - Experience working in Japanese or at Japanese companies in Vietnam
    - Prior experience at FA equipment manufacturers or trading companies
    - Prior experience as an Infrastructure Engineer at IT/SI companies
