- Ensure high-quality industrial laundry services, adhering to occupational safety regulations and relevant quality management standards.
- Develop and implement the company's quality management system; promote continuous improvement and optimize operational processes.
【Job description (details)】
- Develop, implement, and maintain a quality management system according to appropriate standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, or the company's internal standards).
- Plan and manage quality improvement programs, optimizing laundry, packaging, transportation, and logistics processes.
- Establish and monitor quality KPIs (process accuracy, service error rate, order processing time, rework rate, etc.).
- Manage internal quality audits, process inspections, and evaluations of suppliers and related partners.
- Develop and train personnel on quality management, safety standards, and work procedures.
- Coordinate with operations, engineering, safety, and customer service departments to ensure consistent quality throughout the service supply chain.
- Analyze quality data, prepare periodic reports for management, and propose corrective actions.
- Identify and manage risks related to quality and workplace safety; propose mitigation measures.

<MUST>
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Quality Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines).
- Relevant quality management certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, Lean, or equivalent are preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality management position or in a field related to industrial laundry or industrial cleaning services.
- Proficiency in English or Japanese is an advantage
- Experience in implementing quality management systems and process improvement.
- Experience working with performance data and quality analysis.
- Willingness to travel for short-term business trips if needed.
<PREFER>
- Proficiency in English or Japanese is an advantage.
- Experience in industrial laundry and hospital services is preferred.
- Certifications in logistics management and customer service are a plus.
<SKILLS>
- In-depth understanding of quality management and occupational safety standards.
- Analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving.
