    【Job Summary】
    Lead the sales team by managing daily operations, from quotation to delivery, while developing marketing strategies to achieve company targets.

    【Main Responsibilities】
    -Sales Management: Oversee the entire sales process including quotation, purchase orders (PO), and delivery.
    -Trade Operations: Utilize knowledge of Import/Export procedures to ensure smooth logistics.
    -Marketing: Plan and execute marketing activities to expand the client base.
    -Goal Management: Set and monitor team/individual targets and report progress to management.
    -Client Liaison: Maintain relationships with Japanese and local clients.
    -Other related tasks.
