  Education & Background:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 - 12 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years of deep specialization in AI.
  • At least 2–3 years in a Senior leadership role such as Head of AI, AI Architect or a relevant position.
  • Experience supporting diverse client projects in offshore/ outsourcing environments.
  
  Technical Expertise:
  • Strong experience in ML/DL, Generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, RAG, and MLOps.
  • Proficiency with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, CrewAI, vector databases, and cloud AI platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, distributed systems, and data engineering.
  • Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise production environments.
  
  Leadership & Communication:
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams, manage cross-functional projects, and drive innovation.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with a business-oriented mindset.
  • Good communication skills in English (required)

  • Experience with AI ethics, fairness, and responsible AI practices is a plus.
  • Japanese: N2 Intermediate level.
