【Job Summary】
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development and Sales Professional with a strong IT background and proven success in solutions sales, including System Integration (SI), Internet of Things (IoT), or broader technology services. This role exists within a dynamic technology and ICT services company that delivers digital transformation solutions, ICT infrastructure, network services, and data-driven marketing solutions to enterprise clients in Vietnam and the wider Asia-Pacific region.
As the Business Development Specialist, you will lead efforts to expand strategic opportunities, build and nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth across core technology portfolios. You will engage with corporate decision-makers, identify business requirements, propose tailored solutions, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, strategic sales execution, and consultative client engagement to effectively position our services in competitive markets.
【Responsibilities】
-Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities with enterprise clients across key sectors.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and technical stakeholders to understand client needs and position relevant ICT and digital solutions.
-Lead sales cycles from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
-Collaborate with internal teams (technical, delivery, marketing) to develop tailored proposals and solution demos that address client challenges.
-Develop accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and activity metrics to support leadership decision-making.
-Represent the company in industry events, client meetings, and partner discussions to increase market visibility and credibility.
-Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies and solution positioning.
-Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities by understanding the broader suite of technology services and aligning them with client business objectives.

-English: Upper-intermediate level.
-Speak Japanese (N3 advanced level)
