【Job Summary】
The Sales Staff is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
This role involves promoting TOSTE products, providing customer support, and coordinating closely with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

-Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets.
-Promote company products and services to existing and potential customers.
-Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by the Sales Manager.
-Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
-Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
-Visit customer sites regularly to support their needs and strengthen partnerships.
-Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and negotiations professionally.
-Collect customer feedback and relay information to the internal team.
-Prepare quotations, contracts, sales documents, and related paperwork.
-Update customer records and sales activities in internal systems.
-Report sales performance and market conditions to the Sales Manager.
-Other related tasks.

【Must】
-At least 3 years of working experience as a B2B Sales staff.
-Have experience in developing new clients.
-Japanese (N2 Intermediate)
