【Job summary】We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales & Operations Manager to lead both business development and operational functions within a fast-growing organization in the logistics and freight forwarding industry. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who can balance commercial growth with operational excellence while building a high-performing team.【Job Description】- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets- Lead, manage, and mentor sales and operations teams to ensure high performance- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners- Oversee daily logistics operations including air, sea, and land transportation- Ensure smooth coordination between sales and operations for service delivery- Monitor and improve operational efficiency, cost control, and service quality- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance data to drive improvements- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and management reports- Handle escalations and resolve complex customer or operational issues- Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and business expansion- The other tasks assigned by the Vietnamese Manager
