- Mainly customers are a Japanese company

Sales Target Setting and Achievement- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets based on market analysis.- Plan and execute sales strategies and promotional activities to achieve goals while taking a hands-on leadership approach.- Manage daily sales progress and challenges, visualize performance using quantitative KPIs, and execute continuous PDCA improvement cycles.- Always conduct analysis, planning, and decision-making based on concrete data.3. Customer and Market Management- Earn customer trust through prompt and sincere responses.- Maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships to increase orders and satisfaction.- Collect and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to optimize proposals and sales methods.- Propose appropriate product positioning and sales initiatives for the Vietnamese market.4.
