    【Job Summary】
    - Responsible for business partner and recruitment plan
    - Strategy development

    【Job description】(details)
    1. Business Partner
    -  Make annual operational plan of HRBP.
    - Corporate with C&B to build the budget plan.
    - Advise on policies, procedures and propose compensation and benefit to ensure internal fairness, align with company policies and to remain competitive in the market. Advising on rewards and disciplinary actions.
    - Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies/ processes, ensuring employees comply with policies and procedures.
    - Corporate with BOD to build Job Level, Performance management system, Talent review, Career Development, TNA, Succession planning.
    - Base on understanding HR methodology to consult and guide other departments about policies, HR knowledges.
    2. Recruitment
    - Ensure recruitment according to requirement, manpower planning and SLA.
    - Ensure JDs of all positions are updated. Manage and guide other departments to update the Job Description when they have personnel requisition.
    - Manage recruitment activities including preparing interviews, administering tests, checking references and background, onboarding process and other related jobs.
    3. Development
    - Training, sharing, coaching team members.
    - Analyze HR indicators to propose the suggestions for HR strategy.
    - Participate in other relevant projects assigned by HR Director.

  • Yêu cầu

    <MUST>
    - Graduated from University in relevant major
    - Good communication in Japanese or English (N3 Advance or Upper Intermediate level)
    - At least 5 years of experience in HRBP or HR (Training and Development, Recruitment)
    - Open-minded, good listening skill, conflict handling skill
    - Ability to solve complex challenges.
    - Cooperative, independent, self-motivation
