  One of our Japanese clients, which provides Real estate services and manages land project development, is now looking for Architect for Residential Projects who will lead the designers team.
  Your primary responsibility for this position is to work on a Joint Venture detached house project in the Hanoi area.
  Work in Hanoi, but business trips to HCMC or Hai Phong, 0-2 times per month.
  
  (Flow of the work)
  -Receive work from Line Manager, implement and complete the tasks within the planned schedule with quality.
  -Advise and assist Line Manager on architectural design documents.
  -Report regularly, periodically, and irregularly at the request of the Direct Manager on the situation and results of the work in charge.
  
  【What you will be working on】
  -Participate in concept design, architectural design, basic design, technical and construction design stage Review to review and improve the project design
  -Giving ideas to JV partners in order to create things that can attract customers such as iconic design, attractive amenities, lovely landscape
  -Check and review the design documents to ensure the correct implementation of the approved ideas, and to ensure conformity of approved technical design documents and construction drawing designs against regulations and standards
  -Controlling costs of design by selecting appropriate materials and construction methods for the Vietnamese market
  -Manage design progress, and coordinate with design consultants to ensure the quality of the drawings and the implementation plan according to the requirements of project leaders and project schedule
  -Fully understand the company’s intention and proposals, review and comment on the company’s proposal feasibility in Vietnam, and then explain it to the JV partner in Vietnamese.
  -Periodically inspect the construction site, supervise the copyright, control the actual status of the design documents, the actual construction matches the approved documents.
