【Job Summary】
- Responsible for (SCM) Sales & Purchase Manager
【Main responsibilities】
- Understand the IGV's company strategy properly and work with customers in line with the strategy.
- Observe the customer's demands/requests, and share the obtained information/ your ideas among the team.
- In order to achieve profitable business for both customers and IGV, it is essential to understand the importance of working as a team, not only in Sales and purchase but also factory (such as Production, QC, etc)
- Deep understanding and knowledge of our own items are necessary.
- Also it is necessary to have a sense of cost/profit and understand the demand/supply of the coffee industry.
- Share the ideas among the team and get consent on them first before disclosing them to others.
- Inspire colleagues for better solutions.

<Must>
- Graduated from University with any major
- 5 years experience working in the sales/purchase department, and 3 years as a manager
- Working experience in the food industry (or coffee industry - not mandatory but preferred).
- Good communication in English (intermediate level)

- Live in Ba Ria Vung tau or near the company
