    One of our clients, which is a Japanese manufacturing firm of medical equipment, is now looking for Sales Manager.

    ■KPI: Whole Sales decision's sales amount
    ■Products: Medical Equipments (Endoscope especially for the digestive system)
    ■Clients: Distributors mainly, other Clinic, Hospital
    ■Business Trip: 2 times/Month
    ■Region: All of North Vietnam

    【What they are looking for】
    -Taking care and having a good relationship with Distributors in North Vietnam to maximize sales amount.
    -Management of 6 sales members and Sales staff in Distributors
    -Visiting the province of North Vietnam to have a meeting with Distributors
    -Joining events to-Support doctors and explain how to use products as a Medical Affair activity
    -Based on the company's mid-term policy and strategy, be able to set your own department's mid-term direction and strategy, plan and manage the whole department to achieve such direction and strategy.
    -Cooperate with the marketing department and Field Service Engineer (FSE) to understand the market and potential clients and consider the best way to approach potential clients and increase market coverage.

    【What they are looking for】
    -Bachelor's Degree
    -More than 3 years of Sales management experience 2-3 members
    -Having industrial experience with medical equipment with knowledge of either Oncology/Endoscope/Digestive system
    -English: Upper-Intermediate (Equivalent to TOEIC800)
