【求人概要】
日系大手専門商社で法人営業の募集を行っております。
ベトナム南部の日系企業様を中心とした既存顧客との関係維持、見込み顧客の開拓と提案営業を担当いただきます。
基本的には既存顧客のルートセールスが中心で、一部新規顧客の担当も行っていただく予定です。
【業務内容】
・新規顧客からの問い合わせ対応
・既存顧客への深耕営業
・顧客へ訪問し、ニーズのヒアリング、商材説明、ソリューション提案
→訪問先は、市内オフィスや近郊の工場になります
・受注後の顧客管理(CRM "Salesforce" にて、顧客情報の入力や管理)
・納期の設定と計画、納品までの管理
・お客様へ納品後の定期的なアフターフォロー
・営業計画の策定や実行・改善活動
・日本人マネージャーへの報告、相談、訪問同席依頼
・その他、グループ会社、サプライヤー、社内核部署との顧客情報の連携

・大卒(学士号取得)以上
・法人営業経験3年以上
・英語:日常会話レベル

【Job Summary】Seeking a motivated Sales Assistant Manager to join our Ho Chi Minh branch of a leading Japanese-owned manufacturing company specializing in power transmission belts, plastic parts, conveyor belts, and related industrial components. As Sales Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Sales Manager and sales team to support sales operations, drive customer relationships, and contribute to business growth across Vietnam. You will assist in sales planning and execution, liaise with internal departments (production, logistics, quality), coordinate with clients and distributors, and help maintain our reputation for high-quality industrial products.
