  One of our clients, which manufactures the automotive, is now looking for 4Wheels Sales Assistant Manager
  (This position is responsible B to B sales)
  
  ■Job description(details)
  - Assist manager to manage the sales jobs of Sales Team & Be responsible for sales target achievement
  - Set up the sales target for all dealers and closely supervise and monitor the sales team to work with dealers to achieve their targets
  - Convey the company's sales strategies to Sales Team and guide them to implement accordingly
  - Follow up sales situation as well as any change in organization and structure of all dealers to update superiors for right judgement and counter measure
  - Ensure the operation of dealers in accordance with 3S(=stands for sales, service and spare parts) Shop Standards
  - Collect information from market (competitors, economic situation and trend as well as current affair
  - Daily Sales activities from dealers (checking source of customers and inquiries
  - Implement sales training for dealers' sales force
  - Other tasks as requested by manager
