    - Have Experience of Working in Japan
    - More than N2 Level Japanese Skill
    - Database Or caching skills (at least 3 years): such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch,
    RabbitMQ
    - Quick catch-up on system structure
    - Understand Code design
    -Team work skills, logical explanations and presentations
    - Experience in Functional and non-functional requirements definition
