    - Keep track of the payment status of each customer and input the collection to SAP, checking and posting expense to SAP
    - Issuing Debit Note for YKK Thailand after a quarter
    - Reconciling between excel and SAP and make the Statement Account to send to customer
    - Follow up AR and request customers to make payment
    - Remind salesman for following up the target to achieve, co-ordinate with salesman for reducing overdue debt
    - Control expense of Hanoi office and YKK Thailand sales department
    - Follow loan from YKK / Rent apartment for Japanese and Foreigner
    - Payment Salary and Allowance for Japanese & Foreigner
    - Supporting other depts when incur issue related to adjustment/ cancellation invoices; sale return; cancel order
    - Support when incur issue related contract/ payment term/ update WINGS
    - Implement other duties as follow requirements of Chief Accountant/Administration Manager

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu


    {MUST}
    - Graduated from universities: Academy of Finance, Academy of Banking, National Economics University, Thuongmai University with major Accounting, Finance, Audit.
    - Working experience: At least 5 - 7 experience years in Accounting field with at least 3 years as general accountant.
    - Computer skill: excel, word, power point
    - Intermediate English level is required
    - Familiar with SAP system (other softwaren is acceptable)

    {PREFER}
    - Foreign company experience is preferred
    - Having experience with SAP will be preferred.
