* Training and Coaching
- To take part in developing the annual training plan and budget
- To take responsibility to develop and organize the professional trainings and action plan to
develop the skills for management level and salesman.
- To attend the periodic meeting to train the management skills for DSM/ ASM/ Team leader
and receive the feedbacks from sales team.
- To cooperate with Sale Department to organize the training course about functional/
technical skills for sales team.
* Procedure Compliance:
- To take responsibility to check and assess the systems and execution of sales process of
Sales Man/ Team leader/ DSM/ ASM
* Sales Team development
- To contribute, develop and finalize the management tools, methodologies of enhancing the
sales capability of sales team appropriate with corporate orientation.
- To make the contributory ideas about working procedure, policy and allowance for business
trip, rewarding and promotion policy for sales employees.Yêu cầu
<Must>
- Bachelor's degree in B.A, Foreign Trade, Economics/Finance
- At least 2 year of experience in the same position at multinational company
- Intermediate English level - Japanese big plus
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Good at communication, presentation, Train the Trainer skills
- Negotiation and Decision Making skill
- Knowledge about sale distribution system, procedure & policy
- Knowledge about Pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Willing to travel
