    【Job Summary】
    - Provide support on routine work related to SAP system and other application in corporation

    【Job description】(details)
    - Act as point of contact to receive request from user or other related business to support in timely manner and ensuring SAP services are available and reliable to meet business expectation.
    - Manages routine work request by user and follow-up promptly
    - Working closely with other teams (eg: SAP Basis, SAP ABAP…) and Business Unit to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely.
    - Assist business users in gathering requirement and preparation of Change Request application.
    - Support user in carrying out User Acceptance Test
    - Post deployment support.
    - Update system documentation and training documents/user manual
    - Provide training to users

  • Yêu cầu

    <MUST>
    - Graduated from University with major in IT
    - Good communication in Japanese (from N2 up)
    - Good documentation skills using MS Office applications
    - IT knowledge/ be able to code (as simple as HTML, CSS)/ have learned through an external web-making course as possible

    <SKILLS>
    - Analytical and problem-solving skills.
    - Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work well on cross functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks

    <PREFER>
    - Knowledge in business process related to finance, logistic are plus
    - Work experienced in application maintenance support is plus
