     Drive forward-looking sales strategies to grow the business by acquiring and developing new customers for our Polymer Products in Vietnam with a focus on Global Key Accounts and Regional Paint manufacturers in Vietnam.
     Establish a positive reputation as a valuable business partner committed to our customer's success.
     Build a positive and long-term relationship with existing key customers to retain and motivate them to further develop existing business and explore opportunities in the new potential business segments.
     Conduct Market research (e.g. Acrylics for Auto Refinish, Motorcycle, Wooden, Waterborne-Resins, etc.) and establish appropriate strategies to explore opportunities in new business environments.
     Implement continuous business performance evaluations and improvements, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
     Maintain an excellent understanding of the technical applications of our new & current products and regularly update our customers.
     Especially, need to understand exactly our regional de-facto standard products for both AP and CN regions.
     Develop and strengthen the polymer team in terms of technical knowledge, marketing techniques, communication, and motivation.
     Generate business support information which includes monitoring of key competitors, market statistics, and trends to support business decision making; participate actively in paint and coating exhibitions and associations.
     To collaborate with headquater and each company in Assia Pacific such as China, etc, to foster closer partnership and work activities.

  • Yêu cầu

    < MUST>

    - Graduated from University
    - English: Upper - Intermediate level and Japanese - At least N3 advanced level.
    (Business level written Japanese not needed. Japanese spoken skill is necessary)
    - Around 4 years of experience in marketing and business development or customer service B2B
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a diverse, international and intercultural environment;
    - Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels within the organization;
    - Proactive and ability to identify opportunities for positive change;
    - Self-driven individual with a proven record of meeting targets and goals;
    - Strategic thinker and has excellent influence to inspire others to achieve business goals




    <Required skills>
    - Graduated from University with chemical major
    - Good at Japanese skill also (N2 inter)
    - Have experience in the same product.
