    - Investigating the company's PR (use of SNS) and other strategies
    - Communicate with hiring media and recruitment agencies, as well as market conditions, to develop recruitment strategies while providing guidance to hiring staff.

    - Have experienced as recruitment specialist in IT company OR a person who has worked in HR agency and strong at IT engineer scouting
    +Be able to handle company' PR.
    +Posting Job on SNS.
    +Analyze the HR market, and plan new strategy and do.

    - Be able to speak Japanese or English
