    * Accounting:
    - Collect, check and manage invoices from supplier
    - Make payment to supplier
    - Send accounting document to outsource company and check/ feedback/ follow FS reports
    - Deal with outsource audit and tax authority
    - Prepare/ follow estimating report and prepare report for BOD monthly meeting
    - Input accounting data to head office consolidated system and other reports if any
    - All other accounting jobs

    * Administration:
    - Calculate salary
    - Register mandotary/ voluntary insurance
    - Follow service contract deadline relating office operation
    - Make sure all office equipment in good condition
    - All other administration jobs

    <Must>
    - Female, age 30-32 years old
    - Bachelor's degree in Accounting
    - Have a JLPT N2 certificate
    - At least 4 years experience as Accounting in Japanese company with over 30 employees
    - Proactivity, carefully and able to work independently

    **Having career path to be HR/GA/Accounting Leader or Manager in near future
