    Japanese construction industry and are interested in the real estate business

    + More than 5 years experiences relate
    +From Bachelor Degree, Graduated from Japanese university architecture or civil engineering, has advanced
    Japanese language skills, and has experience in the construction industry in Japan.
    +Work experience: Experience working at a Japanese company in the construction
    industry (preferably with construction site experience) Japanese proficiency: N1 or
    higher level.
    +English ability: Business level is desirable. (Reading and translating contracts and
    materials)
