    Our clients, which is Japanese consulting firm providing M&A, strategy consulting in Vietnam, is currently looking for an experienced consultant in M&A division.

    [What you will be working on]
    - To assist Department Head and co-work with relationship managers for FDIs (Japan & MNC)
    - Analyze industry/market trend in Vietnam to find business opportunities for FDIs comapny.
    - Coporate with Hanoi branch M&A team, Tokyo's head office function, Bangkok, Singapore, company securites, etc.
    - Door nock/ Cold call to Vietnamese companies which is keen to work with FDI together (M&A target)
    - Propose M&A target (long list, short list) to clients and excuting deals.

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    ＜MUST＞
    - University Degree or above in Business, Finance, Economics or related majors.
    - English: Upper-Intermedidate level or above
    - JLPT N3 or above to liaise with Japan HQ and Japanese native clients.
    - MUST have experience of working in M&A filed at least 3 years.
    - Marketing with local companies, M&A firm and related parties to develop and enhance relationship.
    - Passion in Customer Service & Consultancy, Sales
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    - Proactive; careful; responsible ; supportive & team-work
    - Willingness to learn and work
    - High adaptability for change and capability of multiple task handling.
