  ●Using Language situation
  1. Japanese ; N2 basic
  -Communicate with customer from Japan and with Japanese Director and Japanese head office.
  -Interpret (Vietnamese ⇔ Japanese) for Japanese Director and Vietnamese staff.
  2. English ; Advanced Level
  -In-house official language is English. Communicate with Japanese Director and Korean vice Director.
  -Interpret (English ⇔ Japanese) for Japanese Director and Customer from EU, US and Korea.
  -Some times, have to go dinner party with customer from EU, US and Korean with Japanese Director (he can not drink alcohol, so no need to drink a lot)
  
  ●Task
  -Interpret and Support for Japanese Director (He is kind)
  -Cooperate with Interpreter/Secretary Staff (in Tay Ninh factory)
  -Support for each department if necessary (ex: Support for Import/Export task, Accounting task and HR task...)
  -Contact customers about import/export.
  -Interact with the government and bank.
  -Support for changes in working conditions and welfare benefits.
  -Might go business trip to their factory and Japan, EU, US, or Korea
