  • Job Description

    * Report to: Japanese Manager
    - Receiving client's information from Sales Dept.
    - Contact clients and visit clients to get detailed information about furniture needed to be packaged.
    - Make quotation and close the contract with clients
    - Get packaging requirement from Japanese clients and interpreter to Packaging Staff.
    - Supervise Packaging Staff to make sure satisfy clients' requirements
    - Advice for Japanese clients about shipping documents, process, customs, etc (logistics related) in case clients send luggage to Japan or foreign countries.

    * Clients: Most of clients are Japanese
    * Packaging Staff: outsource
    * House Moving Service: similar to Vinamoves

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST HAVE>
    - College degree
    - Good at Japanese (N2 Intermediate - Advanced)
    - Good at communication skills & customer service skill
    - Have 2 -3 year working experience at Japanese companies
    - Familiar with MS Office.

    <Preferred >
    - Candidates who can start immediately
    - Experience at the same position in moving service company (Crown, Nippon Express, Yamamoto)
