  • Job Description

    - To catch the trend and expand business through effective solution approach for new clients and current clients as role of marketing activation consultant.
    - To provide business expansion solutions to discuss with BOD
    - To manage sales budget and hit or exceed monthly target and provide solution to recover if month target is not achieved.
    - To learn and recognize triggers based on client behavior and engage with client who request to terminate or downgrade service.
    - To participate in and give improvement for the in-house brand promotion ideas.
    - To arrange HR to meet project requirement or prepare HR solution
    - To lead the internal team for developing and operating the client’s campaigns.
    - To give enough coaching to develop working skills/ attitude and career path for staffs

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    * Must have
    - Education: Bachelor Degree
    - 5 year experience in account management as business development position with understanding of both ATL and BTL industry.
    - Good English communication (to communicate with clients and report to BOD)
    - Good leadership skills

    * Skill required
    - Ability to approach and create jobs from current and new clients
    - Ability to anticipate clients’ need and match them with appropriate services and products
    - Advanced problem resolution skills and communication abilities
    - Advance planning and idea generation skills with excellent communication skills
    - Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    - Teamwork spirit with understanding of the internal and external issues
