Job Description
Planning and implementing new customer development plans and retaining old customers.
Quotation for customers, participation in contract negotiation.
Take care of individual customers as well as customers of the company.
Consulting the best professional solution for customers.
Contact shipping lines
Collaborate with professional departments to solve customer complaints, inquiries and complaints in a reasonable and dedicated way.
Report weekly on your sales activity, customer feedback, and market information.
Other tasks as assigned by Head of Department.
Qualifications
Requirement
Education: Graduated college / university of foreign trade, economics, shipping ...
Foreign language: English communication ( (understand document).
Experience over 01 year or more in the field of forwarder, logistics, shipping ....
Skill & Knowledge:
- Computer skills: office computing.
- Understand the procedures and administrative procedures related to the service.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently or in team, able to withstand high pressure.
