Qualifications

  • Requirement

    -experience on Hiring, Human,Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Communication Processes,
    Compensation and Wage Structure, Supports Diversity, Classifying Employees, Employment Law, HR Organization
    - Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
    -Prefer to working experience in Japanese company
    -Prefer to have experience for Automotive industry
    - Good English skill.
    - Have at least 1-3 years experience in same position in the Factory
    - Acknowledge on setting HR department
    - Respect the importance of confidentiality
