  • Job Description

    * Report to HR Manager and General Manager (Chinese)
    - Full spectrum of HR operations such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll, talent management, change management and succession planning.
    - Handles the HR aspect of business growth and challenges in the market.
    - To develop and deliver a HR business plan aligned with regional and brand strategies.
    - Work effectively with the Site HR teams to align and achieve synergies in carrying out processes such as performance appraisal exercise, mass salary review and bonus exercises.
    - Support annual exercise cycle of performance appraisal/management, headcount budgeting/forecast, merit/incentives review.
    - Establish and execute creative HR programs to drive employee retention, engagement and development.
    - Develop innovative and creative approaches to drive meaningful employee recognition, benefits and rewards programs.
    - Proactively identify gaps in the existing processes, propose and implement changes necessary to establish good HR practices.
    - Ensure compliance with HR policies, local audit requirements and legal obligations.


    * Working hours
    - Monday: 9:00 AM - 7:45PM.
    - Tuesday - Saturday: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM with alternate off on Saturday
    - Lunch time: 1 hour

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    * Must have:
    - Degree/Diploma in HRM/Business studies or equivalent
    - Experience: More than 2 years’ experience in HR
    - Language:
    + Strong in Chinese language for internal and external communication with Chinese speaking counterparts.
    + English: Conversation level and can read document in English, because in the future the company will develop more internationalize

    * Preferred
    - Experience in HR matters of Start-up Company would be advantageous
    - Experience in organisational development/change management environment would be advantageous.
    - Regional HR exposure would be advantageous

    * Skills
    - A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
    - Good written skills with a strong judgment and decision-making, planning and implementation capacity.
    - Proficient Microsoft office software that includes Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
    - Possess good time management skills.
