• Job Description

  1. Employee Engagement (60%):
  • Manage document of disciplinary actions and makes recommendation with regards to nonmonetary rewards and recognition
  • In charge of employee’s survey (ESS)
  • Responsible for community service activities.
  • Implement core values into employee work culture
  • Develop internal & corporate communication to ensure all employees are well informed of the company activities and strengthen employees’ awareness of company rules….
  • Co-ordinate to propose ideas for employee engagement (Best Employee, Best Practice, Long Service...) , enhance Internal Communication.
  • Co-ordinate with Admin to propose facilities to improve working environment
  • Process Employee Engagement survey & co-ordinate with other Department for action plan
  • Support with the proposal of various change management strategies and intervention to improve employee satisfaction.
  • Follow up employee relations issues, investigations and resolution
  2. Recruitment (40%):
  • In charge of employer branding, recruitment campus
  • Develop talent pool for various key positions for the identified needs above;
  • Coordinate or join in indoors or outdoors recruitment events
  • Carry out recruitment process, from the job posting, coordination of test/interview procedure, candidate sourcing... to effective employment for assigned open positions, towards both external and internal candidates
  • Other duties as assigned.
