    - Responsible for supporting our customers.

    【Job Description】
    I.Logistics-related Tasks
    1. Logistics Coordination and Shipment Management: 
    - Coordinate logistics activities across ocean, air, and inland transport to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
    - Manage shipment bookings with carriers via online platforms and email, confirming space availability and securing approvals.
    - Proactively monitor shipment progress and address any delays, disruptions, or escalations.
    2. Documentation and Compliance:
    - Prepare, review, and manage shipping documents such as Shipping Instructions (S/I), ISF, and booking forms.
    - Ensure all documentation complies with customs, regulatory, and internal company standards.
    - Maintain organized records of shipments and documentation for auditing and tracking purposes.
    3. Communication and Coordination:
    - Maintain clear, professional communication with shipping lines, co-loaders, freight forwarders, clients, and internal departments.
    - Provide timely updates on shipment status and respond promptly to inquiries.
    - Collaborate with internal departments to align shipping schedules and resolve cross-functional issues.
    4. System and Administrative Support
    - Enter and update shipment data in internal logistics and ERP systems.
    - Support operational reporting and generate required documents for internal and external use.
    - Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and other duties as directed by the manager.
    II.OTHER
    - Seeks constant improvement, more efficient and less expensive ways and means in work processes.
    - Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Upper Management.
    - Maintains high ethical standards in the workplace.
    - Reports all irregular issues and problems to Management for solution.
    - Maintains good communication with Management, co-workers and outside contacts.
    - Complies with all company policies and procedures.
    - Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.
    - Supports co-workers and other departments when requested by Upper Management.

  • Yêu cầu

    <Must>
    - Bachelor's or College degree in a relevant field
    - Japanese: From N2 Advanced level.
    - Willing to work in a logistics company.
    - No job hopper(At least 2 years in each company.)
    - Basic PC skills.

    <Prefer>
    - More than 2 years working in Customer support, Custom Clearance, or something related position at an Express Company, or Logistic/Forwarder Company.
