    A. Customer & Sales Management
    • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers
    • Proactively identify customer needs and business opportunities
    • Prepare quotations and negotiate contracts
    • Achieve assigned sales targets (KPIs)
    • Support customers with product registration and regulatory/technical documentation
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships

    B. Order, Contract & Delivery Coordination
    • Manage the full order process from quotation to final delivery
    • Coordinate with internal departments (Customer Service, Legal, Finance)
    • Ensure compliance with contract terms and regulations
    • Monitor shipment and delivery status
    • Resolve logistics-related issues
    • Follow up on payments and manage accounts receivable

    C. New Business Development
    • Identify and approach potential new customers
    • Develop new business in Semiconductor and Data Center sectors
    • Expand market coverage and customer base
    • Build sustainable, long-term partnerships

    D. Supplier Management & Product Development
    • Collaborate with overseas suppliers, HQ, and regional branches
    • Support sourcing activities and supplier communication
    • Assist in product development initiatives
    • Expand and improve the existing product portfolio

    E. Reporting & Market Monitoring
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
    • Track sales performance and business results
    • Prepare regular reports for management

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    [MUST]
    - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
    - Business-level English
    - Business-level Korean communication skills (Minimum TOPIK Level 5)
    - Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales/business development experience in chemical/material/industrial product or relevant
    - Experience in a Trading Company
    - Strong communication and negotiation skills
    - Proactive, resilient, and result-oriented personality
    - Passionate about sales and capable of working in a challenging BD-focused role (70% Business Development)

    [PREFER]
    - Experience selling to manufacturing factories (PCB, Semiconductor, Electronics manufacturers preferred)
    - Basic understanding of manufacturing/production processes
    - Background in chemicals, functional materials, or industrial products
    - Existing network in electronics manufacturing companies is a strong advantage
