【Job Summary】
- Responsible for managing Hr & Admin task
【Job description】
1. HR strategy development and human resource planning in line with the company's production and business strategy
- Implement and advise the Board of Directors on recruitment and training and periodically develop human resources; Construction, planning, reclamation. Nurturing and training the contingent of successors, appointing cadres according to division grant;
- Building and developing the company's organizational structure (organization chart, Functions and duties, system of titles, job descriptions of positions mind.
- Build, manage and operate the performance evaluation system job.
- Develop regulations, regulations and processes on salary and money bonuses, benefits…
- Resolve questions and policies for employees, support other departments in the process of human resource management, deal with disputes and complaints in the working process of employees.
- Develop and implement evaluation and salary increases for employees, Regulations on periodic human resource evaluation in the Company as a basis for consideration of increase salary and promotion for employees.
- Liaise with external agencies, directly work with individuals, state agencies, functional agencies and departments in Corporation to solve work-related problems with personnel.
- Manage room staff (administrative, clerical, human resources, receptionist, driver) car, housekeeping, security guard, interpreter, IT, cooking staff...)
2. Administrative work
- Managing and operating the administrative department, drafting administrative documents of the Company, performing administrative management tasks such as: stationery, making documents and procedures for the Company.
- Drafting official documents, decisions, appointments, dismissals, articles moving, adjusting salary, severance...
- Drafting documents, procedures and regulations for the Administrative Department and The Board of Directors ensures the correct presentation of administrative documents and legally correct.
- Developing labor regulations, collective labor agreements, regulations and working regulations.
- Organize and manage the company's facilities and office assets, Company's office equipment and facilities.
- Track and manage: Vehicles, stationery, facilities and solutions decide on the proposals of the Chambers.
- Keeping track of archival work
- Work related to visa, passport, work permit for foreigners...
- Consult and advising the Board of Directors of the company to build culture, Code of conduct, standards of conduct in the Company.
- Build activities to connect members in the Company
- Build the company's working culture.

<MUST>
- Graduated from University with major in Human Resource Management, Administration, Law, Economics, Business Administration, Master's degree preferred
- More than 5 years experience in Hr&Admin at large businesses, group-sized enterprises related to the field of construction, projects, manufacturing
- Good communication in English (Intermediate level)
- Have a spirit of continuous improvement at work.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and differently, with skill
- In-depth understanding of human resource management and management administration, labor law, finance and accounting.
<SKILLS>
- Computer skill: PC and appropriate Software (Word, Excel, Power point, ect.)
