  Mission: Drive business growth while improving sales effectiveness
  
  1. New Business Development
  
  - Identify and approach potential clients (Focus on ASIA Market)
  - Conduct client meetings and needs analysis
  - Develop proposals (with planning team)
  - Close deals
  
  2. Sales Growth (Account Expansion)
  
  - Work with Marketing team to grow potential clients
  - Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities
  - Maintain strong client relationships
  
  3. Sales Improvement
  
  - Analyze lost deals and identify root causes
  - Propose improvements in: pitch, proposal, approach
  - Test new sales strategies (experiment mindset)
  
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration
  
  Work with: Planning (proposal, strategy), Marketing (lead generation), Delivery team
