  • Responsible for maintaining and managing IT infrastructure, including end-user support, network operations, Windows servers, system administration, and information security.
  • Ensure stable, secure, and efficient IT operations at the company's new manufacturing facility.

  IT Support & User Management
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11, computers, printers, peripherals, software, and drivers.
  • Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office.
  • Analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and document troubleshooting results.
  Network Management
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks and Layer 2/Layer 3 switches.
  • Manage network configurations, segmentation, and access control through VLAN, firewall, and ACL.
  Server & Infrastructure Administration
  • Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
  • Manage user accounts, groups, file servers, shared folders, and NTFS permissions.
  • Perform data backup and recovery, patch management, and system log monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot server and infrastructure-related issues.
  Information Security
  • Manage endpoint devices, antivirus/EDR software, and Windows updates.
  • Implement access control based on the principle of least privilege.
  • Support vulnerability remediation and security incident handling.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and audit requirements.
