【Job Summary】
We are looking for an IT Communicator to expand business.
【Job Details】
- Act as a communication bridge between Japanese clients and Vietnamese development teams
- Support daily project communication, including meetings, emails, and documentation
- Translate and interpret between Japanese and Vietnamese (and/or English when required)
- Assist PMs and BrSEs in managing project progress, schedules, and deliverables
- Help clarify requirements, specifications, and client feedback for development teams
- Support issue tracking, task coordination, and reporting
- Contribute to building smooth, trust-based relationships with clients
- The other tasks assigned by the Japanese Manager.
Qualifications
Requirement
＜Must＞
- Bachelor's degree in IT major.
- Japanese: N2 advanced level.
- More than 5 years of experience working as IT Communicator.
- Having strong knowledge about AWS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in creating clear and concise documentation.English Level
