  【Job Summary】
  We are looking for a PM candidate to join the project from offshore, receiving the requirements from clients,
  then communicating and cooperating with the Software Development/ Offshore team to develop the system
  and managing the development process of the software projects for clients.
  
  【Job Details】
  - Define the Project Management (PM) strategy and lead the design and implementation of a common
  project management methodology, standards, and tools to drive and facilitate the successful delivery of projects.
  - Organizing and animating the project management community. Manage & lead the project
  management team.
  - Responsible for ensuring that programs and projects are planned, managed, and governed in a
  consistent, transparent, and disciplined manner.
  - Overall responsibility for planning, executing, tracking, and managing cost, schedule, and scope for all
  projects in the portfolio.
  - Enforce consistency and standardize processes across the team and the broader project management
  organization.
  - Take care of a big account/project / program / portfolio.
  - Conduct surveys of customer satisfaction on completed projects, analyze, and interpret the findings to
  improve efficiency and effectiveness of projects.
  - Manage IT strategic projects: Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverable, define
  project tasks and resource requirements, plan and schedule project timeline, assemble and coordinate
  project staff. Manage project budget and resources. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the
  project to all stakeholders. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve
  project outputs.
  - Manage day-to-day activities in Project Management.
  - Manage the project team and provide performance feedback and goal setting; conduct annual
  performance assessments and skill development and training.
  - The other tasks assigned by the Japanese Manager.
