    【Job Sumary】
    • Plan, develop, and operate smartphone game applications currently released in the Japanese market and global markets.
    • Design in-game features and gameplay systems.
    • Propose and design UI/UX ideas for game systems.
    • Adjust and balance gameplay mechanics.
    • Work closely with CG Artists, Game Programmers, and Testers to ensure features are implemented as designed.
    • Analyze user data and feedback to propose improvements and optimize game quality.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    • Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N2 or above.
    • University students from the 3rd year onward or university graduates.
    • No experience required (training will be provided).
    • Strong passion for games and interest in game development.
    【Preferred】
    • Creative mindset with logical thinking.
    • Ability to analyze data and user behavior.
    • Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
