Job Description
【Job Sumary】• Plan, develop, and operate smartphone game applications currently released in the Japanese market and global markets.• Design in-game features and gameplay systems.• Propose and design UI/UX ideas for game systems.• Adjust and balance gameplay mechanics.• Work closely with CG Artists, Game Programmers, and Testers to ensure features are implemented as designed.• Analyze user data and feedback to propose improvements and optimize game quality.
