  • Job Description

    - Receive orders from existing customers and enter purchase orders (PO) into the system.

    - Provide quotations and update contract status.

    - Update customers on the estimated delivery schedule.
    - Communicate with clients via email/ phone/ online meeting.

    - Coordinate with relevant departments regarding issues related to pricing, product quality, and quantity.

    - Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    {MUST}
    - Graduated from University with English major.
    - If candidate didn't graduated from English major, candididate must have Ielts 7.0 certificate or Toeic 850+ certificate.
    - English: Proficient in 4 skills (Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening)
    - Having at least 2 years experience as Customer Support Supervisor, Sales Admin Sup, Sales Support Sup, Sales Coordinator Sup or related major.
    - Good at Microsoft skill
    - Having customer mindset.
    - Good at communication, negotiation skill.
    - Having management and leadership skill.

    {PREFER}
    - Having Japanese/Chinese/Korean skill.
    - Having experience in electronics products.
